We spent some time recently with professional boxer Darren "Big Bad Dal" Thompson and his trainer Terry "The Tan" Wright. Darren currently holds three title belts and Terry has big plans for him for the future. Terry's an interesting character who has some 140 pro fights to his name before he turned trainer, so he knows a thing or two about the sport!
