I tested booost with my top fighter Darren 'Big Bad Dal' Thompson. We did a 5 minute bag routine which is designed to put absolutely anyone, no matter how fit, on the floor. After the first 5 minutes it took Dal 50-60 seconds to recover enough to go again. After the second round I gave Dal two big inhalations of booost oxygen, his recovery time fell to 20-30 seconds. This was not a one time thing but something I have noticed consistently across many fighters over a number of sessions. I won't have any supplement in my gym unless I know it works, and any supplements that consistently reduces recovery time by 60% or more is a winner in my book.
